Prospecting and lead generation is the method of making links that may lead to a sale or other promising results. The leads may come from various sources or undertakings, for example, via the Internet, through personal referrals, through telephone calls either from telemarketers, through advertisements, events, and purchase of lists of potential clients. These and other events can become more easily managed with this Account Management Training. With our Prospecting and Lead Generation Training, your participants will begin to see how important it is to develop a core set of sales skills. By managing and looking at the way people interact and seeing things in a new light, Prospecting and Lead Generation participants will improve on almost every aspect of their sales strategy.

After studying the training manual, Learner will have to attempt the Final Test (online multiple-choice test – 2 attempts), if necessary, and may attempt the test a third time at no extra cost. Your test will be assessed automatically and straightaway so that you will know directly whether you have been successful or not. The passing score is 75%. You can retake the test if you are unsuccessful on the first attempt. Before attempting your Final Test, you will have the opportunity to test your proficiency with a Mock Test (online multiple-choice test – Unlimited attempts).
